What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the quote form, the contact form or the quote box on the home page, we receive what you type:
- your name, e-mail address and telephone number;
- your company, country and delivery destination;
- the machine you ask about, the subject and your message.
With the enquiry, the form also sends the language of the page and the name of the form, and we add a request reference. We use these only to answer you and to find your request again.
To stop automated abuse of the forms, our server keeps a short-lived counter of recent requests, stored under a scrambled form of the internet address and deleted after one day. The hosting company’s web server also keeps ordinary server logs of visits (such as the internet address, the time and the page requested) as part of running the service.
Why we use your details
