Who these terms apply to
We sell to business customers only. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for the purposes of your business and not as a consumer.
Orders
Every sale is made by contract, after we have approved your order. The How to buy page describes the steps for ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and do not include VAT. VAT and customs treatment depend on the destination of the machine.
Payment in full, covering the price of the machine and the cost of delivery as shown on the proforma invoice, is due before we ship the machine; the How to buy page explains how it works.
Documents
Which documents are available, for example CE marking, export documents and proof of origin, depends on the machine and on the destination. Each machine page shows what is known for that machine, and the Delivery page lists the documents we provide.
Delivery and collection
Delivery or collection is agreed during the sale. The cost of delivery is quoted on request; see the Delivery page.
Inspection, returns and warranty
Used machines are sold as inspected, subject to the returns and warranty terms of our returns policy.
